Summer One-Day Aikido Intensive

Please join us for a special one day intensive on Sunday, August 23rd. This event is a great opportunity to learn, connect with other members of the Aikido community in Calgary, and have a great afternoon of training. Taught by local instructors at Calgary Aikikai, the day runs through a full schedule of training sessions with breaks built in, finishing up with a group dinner out following the intensive. Open to all, we hope to see you on the mat.

Adults and Youths(14+)

Schedule

  • 12:30 – Arrival and setup
  • 1:00 – Warm up
  • 1:20 – Training sessions (3 x 50 mins)
  • 3:50 – Break, 20 mins
  • 4:10 – Warm up
  • 4:20 – Training sessions (2 x 50 mins)
  • 6:00 – Done
  • 6:30 – Out and dinner!

Cost Youth: $15, Adults: $20
