Congratulations Chris and Andrew!

Today, Chris Hayward was presented with his 6 Dan promotion certificate and Andrew Barron received his 5 Dan certificate last week. Congratulations to them both for these milestones.

Chris has been a major contributor to the continued success of the dojo as an instructor, Technical Coordinator and Dojo-cho and former President of the Calgary Aikikai Board. His is the first 6 Dan promotion at Calgary Aikikai since Inaba Sensei’s, many years ago.

Andrew has been an instructor for many years and a long time member of the Board and Technical Committee.

Calgary Aikikai wouldn’t be the same without these two fine individuals and we couldn’t be happier for them!
