Shirakawa Sensei shows bokken and hand techniques
Here is some more great footage of Shirakawa Ryuji sensei showing clear bokken and hand techniques. It will be great to see and learn from this young Sensei in our upcoming aikido seminar the weekend of the September 12 to 14th.
